Robin S. Martin was born and raised in Sunbury, PA. He attended Shikellamy High School where he was an avid football player, graduating in 1977. He continued his education at Brown University, on a Rhodes Scholarship, where he continued his football career while majoring in Political Science and American History and graduating in 1981. He studied at Cornell School of Law and graduated in 1984 with honors. He was admitted to the New York Bar where he practiced in corporate law. He returned to the area in 1986, whereupon he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and joined the law firm of Koch and Foust, which was renamed Koch, Foust

and Martin when he became a Partner a short time later. 

Robin joined forces with his partner, Melissa S. Lobos, in 2013 when the two decided to merge their individual practices.
In addition to representing individual clients, Robin is solicitor to several municipal entities including local townships and sewer authorities.

When he’s not working, Robin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys fly fishing, woodworking, and building Pennsylvania long rifles.
